Request help signing in

Enter the email address used for your institution authority account. You do not need to remember your username or enter a password here.

Use the same email you registered with Testanix. If it belongs to more than one institution authority account, each matching account receives a recovery request.

An administrator reviews the request. Your current password changes only when they issue a temporary password.
